Cleanse your mind and heart of old regrets, emotions and failures before you go to bed for 21 consecutive days (a duration of planting the seed of transformation) and next morning you wake up all refreshed and renewed which gradually transforms you from what you pretend to be to what exactly you are and what authentically you were born for!!!!! It is universally true that each one of us has a unique gift which comes by birth; we just have to discover that. Do not allow old regrets and past failures to control your life; maybe you could have done things differently or maybe not or you never know that you really needed the change that you have now….!!!!! So instead of wasting time in what you don’t have or what you never had, ponder into how and what you can get the most out of what you have now!!!!!!!

– Meta-Conscious Tips by Dev Oli (Yogi Dev): A dynamic silent quintessence with absolute connectivity can be experienced within. Every day in your life, take about a fifteen-minute silent moment; sit or lie down in a comfortable position; relax your self with the help of slow and deep inhalation and exhalation. Keep this rhythm up until your whole body completely gets soaked with tranquility. Then be still for a while and slowly bring your total awareness to the middle of the eyebrows or forehead which is called Third-Eye or Eye of Wisdom or Ajna Chakra with the guidance of inner seances; feel the sensation that is taking place in this very area. While you are in this process or in this state of mind, your subconscious mind is already on the go!!!
All the thoughts that are irrupting from your conscious mind just like lava coming from a volcano, will be processed and only creative and Devine thoughts with visions and absolute serene energy waves by being synchronized with the brain waves will pass across the whole physical, mental and emotional body. This results in purifying your consciousness which sends only the creative thoughts with visions to the subconscious mind, and then eventually the desired things are possible to be manifested on a physical plane, and also purifies our everyday actions(Karma). Then our complete consciousness rises higher to reach the peak of awareness from where the ambrosia of never-ending happiness flows just like river Ganges flows from Himalaya.
